Design Partner Program

Four GCs per month run the Clearinghouse before public launch.

We do not invent customers. We onboard them four at a time and we publish nothing about them without their consent.

What we deliver

  • We pay attention. The founder is in your Slack for twelve months.
  • We work the cash-cycle. The first three draws on the rail are reviewed by our ops team before they ship to the lender.
  • We bring the lender to the table. We engage your primary construction lender as a Clearinghouse counterparty within the first thirty days.
  • We publish nothing without your consent. The cohort is private until you choose to be named.
  • We measure baseline cash-cycle on day one and report against it on every draw. The Self-Funding Guarantee is attached.

What we ask

  • Three or more active projects on the platform within sixty days of onboarding.
  • Read access to your sub-invoice timestamps and your bank settlement timestamps for measurement.
  • Twenty minutes per week of CFO or VP Finance time during the first ninety days.
  • Willingness to feed anonymized benchmark data to the Builders Ledger Alliance once the first public draw closes.
  • Plain-language feedback. We rewrite the operations playbook every quarter based on cohort feedback. The cohort is the source.

The 90-day timeline

Day 0

Application submitted. Eight questions, four minutes. We respond within one business day.

Days 1 to 5

Working session against your live data. We run Subcontractor Audit on one of your active projects. No deck, no demo script.

Days 6 to 14

Onboarding. Schedule of values, sub roster, and active certificates of insurance migrate to the rail. COI amnesty cleanup runs in parallel.

Days 15 to 30

Lender onboarding. Capital Readiness Report ships to your CFO and to your primary lender. First draw on the rail.

Days 30 to 90

Three more draws. Cash-cycle measured weekly. By draw three, the trailing-four-draw cycle is at or below the Self-Funding Guarantee target. If not, the Guarantee triggers.

Day 90 onward

Cohort participation. Quarterly roundtable. Forensic teardown of one of your projects, jointly authored, published to the Alliance.

What we never do

We do not publish your numbers without your written consent. We do not invent case studies. We do not put your logo on the website until you say it can go there. We do not refer your sub data, your lender, or your owner to any other party without your explicit agreement.

The forensic teardown of your project, when it publishes, is jointly authored. Your CFO has final approval on every dollar figure that goes public. If you want to be in the cohort but anonymous forever, that is a path we support and several of our active partners have chosen.

Apply

Eight questions. Four minutes. We reply within one business day. We accept four GCs per month. We turn down roughly six in ten applicants because the fit is wrong, and we say so.
