Is there a free trial on the Associate tier?
Yes. Associate starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card. Invite your team and upload your first compliance documents on day one. Builder, Portfolio, Clearinghouse Seat, and CFO Chair are application-based and begin with a paid working session instead of a trial.
Why is there no $299 or $799 tier anymore?
We retired them. At Clearinghouse scale, the buyer is a CFO pricing working capital, not a team picking a SaaS. The Associate tier starts at $2,400 per month for small GCs.
What is the Self-Funding Guarantee?
The Builder tier carries a written guarantee: you only pay the subscription after we have freed at least its full cost in working capital for you. We measure days saved on cash-cycle multiplied by your stated working capital and LOC carry rate, monthly. If we have not freed at least the subscription amount by month 12, the platform stays free until we do. Layered on top: a 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee. And a take-away: we onboard only four Builder GCs per month, so seats are capped on purpose.
Do you really turn down applicants?
Yes. We onboard four GCs per month into the Builder program. If your project or team is not a fit, we say so and point you to the Associate tier.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades from Associate into Builder require an application. Builder, Portfolio, and Clearinghouse Seat are annual agreements with a 30-day opt-out in year one. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.
Do you charge per subcontractor?
No. Subs access the portal via magic link and never see a paywall. You pay for your workspace, not for the people you invite into it. Subs who want their own portable Compliance Passport pay $29/mo direct to us, optional.
How do I cancel?
One click in Settings, Billing. No phone calls, no retention desk. You keep read-only access to your data for 30 days after cancellation.
