Step 01
Onboard
Days 1–30. We stand up your ledger, wire integrations (Procore, ERP, banking), load contracts and schedules of values, and invite your subs via magic link. A named operator leads the runway.
Step 02
Operate
Day 30 onward. Pay apps reviewed on submission, waivers routed on approval, compliance gates enforced in the background. Your PMs and AP team work the exceptions — the operator handles the rest.
Step 03
Escalate
Anomalies triaged against playbooks: coverage gaps, front-loading, lien risk, lower-tier payment drift. Escalations reach you with a recommendation, not a pile of PDFs.
Step 04
Report
Weekly portfolio reporting to executives. Quarterly evidence packages ready for owners, lenders, and surety. Monthly operating review with your named team.
