Indiana Construction Compliance Requirements
Everything general contractors need to know about lien law, prevailing wage, insurance, and OSHA compliance in Indiana.
Mechanics Lien Law
Indiana mechanics liens must be recorded within 90 days of last furnishing under IC 32-28-3. No preliminary notice is required for most projects, but subcontractors should provide written notice to the owner for residential projects. Indiana uses a recording-based system.
