Capital Readiness Report
What is Capital Readiness Report?
A live portfolio-level signal that tells an owner, lender, or CFO whether a project is ready to fund the next draw, assembled from live ledger data on the Construction Clearinghouse.
Description
The Capital Readiness Report is a live portfolio-level signal that tells a CFO, owner, or construction lender whether each project is ready to fund the next draw. It rolls up every compliance gate, waiver chain, insurance status, and retainage balance into a single readiness score per project.
Unlike a month-end reconciliation report, the Capital Readiness Report is produced continuously from the live ledger. A closed gate, an expired certificate, or a missing lower-tier waiver flips a project out of readiness in real time and is routed to the responsible party for action.
Capital Readiness Reports are used by development finance offices for weekly capital reviews, by construction lenders for portfolio-level monitoring, and by sureties for quarterly evidence bundles.
