Does the integration work with Procore's new permissions model?
Yes. The integration uses Procore's OAuth 2.0 authentication and respects your existing Procore permissions. Users only see and sync projects they have access to in Procore. The integration is compatible with both classic and granular permissions models.
What data syncs between Procore and Subcontractor Audit?
Projects, subcontractor/vendor records, contract values, and subcontractor assignments sync from Procore into Subcontractor Audit. Compliance statuses (COI status, waiver status, audit flags) sync back into Procore custom fields. Changes in either system are reflected in the other automatically.
Will the integration slow down Procore?
No. The integration uses Procore's official REST API with rate limiting and background syncing. Data syncs happen in the background and do not affect Procore's performance. Initial project import may take a few minutes depending on volume, but ongoing syncs are near-instantaneous.
Is the Procore integration included in all plans?
The Procore integration is included in the Professional ($599/month) and Enterprise ($999/month) plans. The Starter plan does not include Procore integration but can be upgraded at any time. All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to test the integration.
